The SomaScope MKII Manual is a stand-alone somatic cell counter based on proven fluorescence Flow Cytometry technology. Flow Cytometry is an analytical technique recognized by the International Dairy Federation (IDF). Accurate determination of somatic cells in raw milk can be reliably achieved between 105 and 106 cells/ml.
